Herman joined Oxner + Permar, pllc in 2019. He is a 2006 graduate of NC State University with a Bachelor of Science in microbiology. He graduated from Claflin University with a Master of Science in biotechnology in 2008. Herman attended law school at NC Central University School of Law, and received his Juris Doctor degree in 2013.
Herman worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Mecklenburg County for over five years. He is an officer in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps. He is also a registered patent attorney.
Outside of work, Herman enjoys spending time with his wife, running, traveling and trying new foods. He also loves working on his family farm in Rockingham, NC.
