After spending several years ‘in the trenches’ as a TV account executive, Gwen moved across the desk to agency services. Focusing on her strengths using targeted placements to achieve client goals, she became the senior media buyer for a national advertising agency. After years of success and growth, she became the Media Strategies Director and Senior Vice President on the agency’s leadership team. As Oxner + Permar’s Chief Marketing Officer, she focuses on the firm’s overall marketing strategy, as well as targeted placements and analysis of marketing goals.
Outside of work, she spends her time trying to keep up with her husband and three children.
